Eyeballs for Halloween.
I'm getting better at making them. The best part is the gray goo that comes out when you bite them. As long as you don't look, they taste great!

Thanks again for your wonderful class at Kitchen Kneads last Saturday - I'm excited for Christmas try my hand a tempering - and I'm looking forward to you class on the 24th. Don't forget to bring some boxes of chocolate - I was the person who wanted to buy one.
